About the role

Responsibilities
- Contact existing clients to facilitate retention discussions and pass qualified leads to the external partner Capital Legacy
- Drive and maintain daily and monthly retention and lead-generation targets
- Manage client backlogs effectively to ensure timely follow-ups
- Monitor and manage lapse and arrears reports
- Compile and submit frequent and accurate reports
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external Business partners
- Drive lead flow for new insurance and related product offerings introduced from time to time
- Ensure high standards of customer service and data accuracy in all interactions
