About the role

  • Consultant supporting insurance retention activities related to BI/MPP policies at ooba. Focus on client engagement, retention performance, and achieving daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing clients to facilitate retention discussions and pass qualified leads to the external partner Capital Legacy
  • Drive and maintain daily and monthly retention and lead-generation targets
  • Manage client backlogs effectively to ensure timely follow-ups
  • Monitor and manage lapse and arrears reports
  • Compile and submit frequent and accurate reports
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external Business partners
  • Drive lead flow for new insurance and related product offerings introduced from time to time
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and data accuracy in all interactions

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Contact Centre experience
  • Sales experience
  • Insurance industry experience
  • RE5 and FAIS accreditation will be advantageous
  • Strong team player
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
