Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing
Create professional presentations
Independently prepare and follow up on meetings, including minute‑taking
Act as a central point of contact within the marketing team; consolidate information
Contribute to the operational management of national and international events
Plan travel, coordinate service providers, and manage event logistics and materials
Conduct post-event follow-up and evaluate event success
Develop digital knowledge management
Administer collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Monday.com
Plan internal projects and strengthen team culture
Requirements
Some experience in event organization, project assistance, or team coordination
Excellent organizational skills, high reliability, and a hands-on attitude
Confident use of digital tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
Interest in brand-related topics as well as internal processes and workflows
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
