About the role

  • Marketing Assistant supporting operational marketing tasks at RIEDEL Communications headquarters in Wuppertal. Engage in event management, digital tools administration, and team culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing
  • Create professional presentations
  • Independently prepare and follow up on meetings, including minute‑taking
  • Act as a central point of contact within the marketing team; consolidate information
  • Contribute to the operational management of national and international events
  • Plan travel, coordinate service providers, and manage event logistics and materials
  • Conduct post-event follow-up and evaluate event success
  • Develop digital knowledge management
  • Administer collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Monday.com
  • Plan internal projects and strengthen team culture

Requirements

  • Some experience in event organization, project assistance, or team coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills, high reliability, and a hands-on attitude
  • Confident use of digital tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
  • Interest in brand-related topics as well as internal processes and workflows
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
