About the role

  • Internal Sales Manager identifying and acquiring new customers for Riedel Communications. Involved in processing inquiries, managing CRM data, and generating sales reports.

Responsibilities

  • You identify and acquire new customers through qualification analyses of business potentials.
  • You process inbound inquiries.
  • You generate outbound leads.
  • You prepare quotations.
  • You manage data in the CRM system.
  • You act as the interface to national and international colleagues and customers.
  • You keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant Technical field
  • Relevant professional work experience in Sales
  • Technical background in audio and video
  • Strong customer orientation and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics in a solution-oriented manner
  • Empathy, networked thinking, forward-looking actions, and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English; any other language is an advantage.
