- Area Manager overseeing and managing ONLY Shops in eastern Switzerland with focus on growth and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- You will oversee ONLY shops in eastern Switzerland and report to the Retail Manager
- You will manage your stores based on KPIs and, together with the Store Managers, be responsible for growth and sales
- You are energetic and enthusiastic
- You know how to get the best out of yourself and the store managers every day
- In collaboration with your store manager(s) and our recruitment department, you are responsible for recruiting new employees
- You are goal-oriented and demonstrate success through your results

- You communicate fluently in German and English
Requirements
- Professional experience as an Area Manager and residing in Switzerland
- Good command of English
- Leadership skills and proven experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude and an awareness of the importance of leading by example
- Successfully completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
- Strong interest in fashion and good market knowledge
- Strong numerical understanding
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
