Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic IT point of contact for the partnership supporting CARVYKTI®, ensuring alignment of digital priorities across both organizations.
Lead the development, coordination, and submission of the annual and multi-year joint IT & Manufacturing strategic plan.
Own the integrated digital architecture roadmap for the partnership.
Drive shared IT strategy initiatives, including lifecycle management, cybersecurity compliance, business continuity, data governance, and digital innovation opportunities.
Chair the IT Working Group (ITWG), the core governance forum, ensuring structured decision-making, transparent communications, risk management, and timely progression of strategic and operational priorities.
Establish and oversee partnership governance processes, including escalation pathways, operational handshakes, performance indicators, and adaptations required for evolving commercial demands.
Enable seamless system connectivity and data access in line with the partnership agreement, including oversight of technology interfaces and digital platform enablement.
Anticipate and communicate future technology requirements associated with manufacturing scale-up, new product introduction, and network expansion.
Maintain senior stakeholder relationships and provide proactive insights and recommendations to leadership on risks, opportunities, and partnership performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including project or program management in a regulated, manufacturing, or high-complexity environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
Exceptional communication skills, including preparation and presentation of content to senior leadership.
Proven ability to operate independently and deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
