Responsibilities
Take charge of end-to-end finance support for multiple Ottava teams
Ensure timely and accurate financial closure for period close activities
Drive financial forecasts and budget planning
Collaborate for essential financial submissions with the FP&A consolidation team
Provide insights through monthly Budget vs. Actual reviews
Act as a bridge between business unit partners and teams in various areas
Process transactions efficiently with shared services
Support preparation of Management Review Decks and strategic projects
Create engaging financial graphs and charts for presentations
Conduct routine audits of internal processes for enhancement opportunities
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on strategic financial analysis.
A solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling is essential.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
Prior experience with SAP, TM1, and Bravo is preferred.
