About the role

- Take charge of end-to-end finance support for multiple Ottava teams
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closure for period close activities
- Drive financial forecasts and budget planning
- Collaborate for essential financial submissions with the FP&A consolidation team
- Provide insights through monthly Budget vs. Actual reviews
- Act as a bridge between business unit partners and teams in various areas
- Process transactions efficiently with shared services
- Support preparation of Management Review Decks and strategic projects
- Create engaging financial graphs and charts for presentations
- Conduct routine audits of internal processes for enhancement opportunities
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on strategic financial analysis.
- A solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling is essential.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Prior experience with SAP, TM1, and Bravo is preferred.
