About the role

  • Consultant responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and identifying business opportunities in financial products. Involves operational tasks and direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ensuring the satisfaction and knowledge growth of internal and external customers, generating revenue through high-quality service, building relationships of trust, and identifying new service opportunities. Receives guidance from direct management and handles low-sensitivity information. Decisions have short-term impact and affect direct results of their process or area. Has the knowledge to solve the simpler problems of the area. Performs basic, short-term operational tasks following standardized processes and procedures. Works under direct supervision.
  • Master the company processes related to your activities, executing them with quality and within established deadlines (time tracking, schedules, expense reporting, etc.).
  • Monitor implementations, meeting schedules and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Provide user (client) support as guided by the person responsible for customer service.
  • Record all customer interactions to allow for client follow-up and progression.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, report any dissatisfaction to the immediate supervisor and indicate potential customer loss risks.
  • Keep up to date on matters related to the product (business, legislation and technology).
  • Participate in implementation projects for your area, under supervision.
  • Support the promotion and demonstration of products, POCs and services in your area, assisting the commercial team in negotiations and tender analysis, under supervision.
  • Use company resources responsibly, always aiming to reduce expenses.
  • Manage and support planning of open agenda time to prospect new revenue, either recurring or one-off.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or related fields;
  • Driver’s license (Category B) and availability to travel;
  • Experience in financial and accounting areas;
  • Experience with billing, expenses, fixed assets, investments and related activities;
  • Customer support experience;
  • Differential:
  • Knowledge or experience in the public sector;
