About the role
- Senior Financial Accountant overseeing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes. Ensuring accurate invoicing and high-quality customer service in a temporary position at Canon.
Responsibilities
- Accurately apply customer payments to the correct accounts and invoices, ensuring proper allocation and timely posting.
- Monitor and clear Cash Clearing entries daily, ensuring all items are reconciled and cleared by WD-3.
- Prepare and issue recurring annuity invoices using KNOW template.
- Track and follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely posting of invoices.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date AR sub ledger during WD-1.
- Respond to customer and internal email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support month-end close activities by completing AR reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, AR controls, and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP systems and finance platforms (AX Dynamics, ServiceNow, Coupa, Ariba, Corrigo, Pallete, Therefore and Atlas 6.0).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage priorities.
