About the role

  • Part-time customer support role at OneQrew assisting clients with software transitions and providing basic training. Collaborative environment helping clients succeed with digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers during the migration to the modern software
  • Coordinate appointments with customers and channel/reseller partners
  • Handle incoming migration requests independently
  • Transfer and convert customer data into the new generation of the software
  • Provide basic software introductions and onboarding
  • Assist with the design and customization of forms

Requirements

  • No specific professional qualification required
  • Reliability and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic IT affinity
  • Enjoy working with customers – by phone or by e-mail
  • Structured working style and good organizational skills
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
