Responsibilities
Your mission is to establish HR structures that are scalable, legally compliant and efficient, and to actively support growth and change projects.
You build efficient workflows, optimize processes and establish sustainable HR standards to make harmonization and centralization of the HR landscape effortless.
You ensure that our employee data is available at high quality and in real time in our HR system Personio, working closely with our external payroll office and our internal controlling team.
From employment contracts and contract amendments (in Personio) to references (in the Haufe Zeugnismanager), you ensure consistent, professional handling and high document quality.
You ensure that all HR processes are compliant with labor, tax and social security law as well as data protection regulations.
In addition, you manage People Operations transformation and post-merger integration projects.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in People Operations, preferably supporting several culturally diverse entities.
You are used to working in a complex and constantly changing environment.
You can draw on extensive knowledge and experience in building and optimizing HR processes.
You have strong knowledge of labor, tax and social security law.
You are resilient and assertive and demonstrate a high degree of responsibility and drive.
You also have relevant experience integrating acquired companies, ideally in fast-growing tech/software companies.
