Responsibilities
- Leading all areas relating to the recording of monthly revenues
- Determination and analysis of accounts receivable

- Tracking carrier-level receivable balances and variances with actuarial reporting
- Adhering to stringent deadlines and possessing analytical ability
- Developing understanding of Medicare Advantage commission revenue streams
- Overseeing monthly AR estimate and review process
- Analyzing revenue and AR trends
- Ensuring all commission revenue estimates are supported by policy data
- Coordinating to estimate, record, and collect marketing fee revenue
- Reconciling AR monthly and investigating reconciling items
- Partnering with Finance and Operations leaders for relevant reporting
- Providing ongoing analysis of developing revenue trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related area
- Master’s degree or CPA preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 10 plus years of experience in a similar financial position
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
