About the role

Responsibilities
- You ensure our financial records stay balanced by managing the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers with a keen eye for detail
- You prepare monthly closings together with your team and support the year-end financial statements, ensuring smooth processes
- You oversee all posting processes and keep day-to-day accounting operations running
- You act as the point of contact for tax advisors and colleagues from other teams
- You contribute your own ideas, identify improvement opportunities, and help make our financial processes smarter
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training—ideally at a tax consultancy—or hold a comparable qualification, and you work in accounting with commitment and sound judgment
- You bring experience in general ledger accounting and know how to keep the numbers flowing
- You have strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and ideally have also worked with IFRS
- You are proficient with ERP systems such as SAP or DATEV and adapt quickly to new tools
- You are fluent in German and ideally also in English
