- Manager responsible for overseeing accounting processes at Hilton Grand Vacations. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial reporting and processes within a leading vacation ownership company.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Sr Director to manage the HGV Inventory and Construction accounting organization.
- Acting as a proactive and decisive leader, focusing on process efficiencies, timely reporting of accurate information.
- Managing accounting relationships with Architecture and Construction, FP&A, Portfolio, SEC reporting, and other partners.
- Responsible for internal and external audit requirements and key controls.
- Driving efficiency and decreasing manual processes to ensure focus on analysis and accurate financial information.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-5 years of related experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficient Excel skills
- Excellent Communication and customer services skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting theory, regulations, systems and procedures
- 10+ years of related experience
- Master’s Degree
- 4+ years of management experience
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP
- Previous timeshare or real estate experience
