About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead user research to inform product decisions and optimize the experience on a B2B SaaS platform
- Identify, structure, and prioritize UX research questions and problems
- Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative user studies
- Analyze and synthesize research data to produce actionable insights
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and business teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience across the entire product lifecycle
- Help establish UX research processes and support teams in adopting them
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in user research
- Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools
- Fluent English required
- Significant experience working on B2B SaaS products
- Strong communication skills and ability to proactively propose solutions and recommendations
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
