About the role

  • Incentive Compensation Analyst providing analytical support for commercial decision making at Insulet. Responsibilities include sales reporting, CRM maintenance, and ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Implement timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting packages
  • Recommend and implement processes to streamline and improve sales reporting/analytics
  • Maintain accurate CRM system with timely responses to requests
  • Engage and lead ad hoc projects/analysis as needed
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop a path to achieve
  • Develop proper documentation of all processes
  • Assist on the variable compensation process for the commercial team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration
  • 3+ years related experience that includes business analysis/reporting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (able to build models, utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Must be able to present analysis to sales leadership in a clear manner
  • Ability to manage own workload efficiently and prioritize objectives
  • Experience with SFDC is preferred
