Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Great Place to Work (GPTW) process, including:
Compiling and validating databases
Managing and designing the Culture Audit
Deep analysis of results
Support for rollout with leaders
Monitoring of action plans
Manage and evolve the performance cycle, including:
Career and Performance Management process: design and facilitation
Succession program, including organizing committees
Various talent and role mappings
Monitoring development plans
Support and develop initiatives related to organizational culture:
Develop initiatives that operationalize the Culture
Rollout and sustain cultural behaviors in day-to-day work
Support leaders in practicing the culture with their teams
Design and monitor cultural rituals
Analyze culture-related data (climate, engagement, feedback) to generate insights
Support leadership-strengthening initiatives aligned with the culture
Participate in cultural evolution projects
Generate analyses and insights to support leadership decision-making
Work closely with areas (BPs and leaders), ensuring execution with quality and consistency
Requirements
Solid experience in Organizational Development (OD), with a strong track record in:
GPTW (Great Place to Work) — full command of the process
Training Facilitator developing and continuously improving training courses for all employees. Collaborating across departments and delivering both in - person and virtual training in Texas.
