Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and managing Omie’s trade marketing initiatives for the company’s sales channels nationwide. Lead the development of incentive campaigns and communication flows for the commercial team to achieve and exceed company targets and KPIs.
Monitor and build reports for the area’s direct activities, understand the company’s sales journey and align trade marketing initiatives accordingly.
Lead end-to-end (360°) projects and liaise directly with managers and directors to address high-priority company initiatives.
Analyze sales channel indicators based on strategies shared by leadership, and develop action and communication proposals to meet objectives.
Organize recurring meetings with the commercial area to align ongoing projects, review new requests and present results from completed initiatives.
Lead incentive and engagement campaigns for the commercial team, tracking the metrics that will be measured in each campaign in coordination with channel leadership.
Build action plans in collaboration with other marketing teams to achieve the proposed goals.
Identify and develop new digital tools to boost sales channel performance and increase Omie’s brand reach with target audiences.
Lead cross-functional 360° projects with other marketing areas: Events, PR, Social, Growth, Internal Communications (Endomarketing) and Creative.
Develop methods to measure the results of investments made in the projects under your responsibility and determine the return for Omie.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in related fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings with internal teams and external partners.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to define priorities.
Skilled at developing creative briefs and analyzing/building reports, always clarifying the expected deliverables and objectives.
Proven experience in Trade, Marketing or Sales roles is required.
