About the role

  • Chef de Projet Marketing & Accès au Marché contribuant à l’évolution du système de santé. Implication dans la conception et déploiement d’offres d’accompagnement pour établissements de santé.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and structure regional market access projects
  • Participate in cross-functional project management (scoping, scheduling, monitoring deliverables)
  • Contribute to the structuring and evolution of support offerings for healthcare institutions
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, market access, medical, regulatory, etc.)
  • Help develop offerings for healthcare facilities
  • Participate in designing programs addressing hospital challenges and patient pathways
  • Adapt content and tools to the needs of healthcare professionals
  • Support the promotion and regional deployment of these offerings
  • Assist field teams (key accounts & patient journey teams)
  • Help create tools and materials to facilitate their interactions with healthcare institutions
  • Contribute to capturing field needs and translating them into concrete actions
  • Support efforts to increase team adoption of programs
  • Analyze and monitor the performance of activities
  • Participate in the implementation and tracking of performance indicators
  • Contribute to the analysis of field feedback and client needs
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of programs
  • Participate in organizing and promoting conferences and events
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of national and regional conferences
  • Help create related content and materials
  • Support maximizing event impact (preparation, on-site presence, post-event follow-up)

Requirements

  • Master's student (M1 or M2) in a business school or university, or a dual scientific/marketing program (pharmacy, biology, medicine, etc.)
  • Strong interest in market access issues and the healthcare system
  • Solid project management skills (organization, rigor, prioritization)
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to adapt in a transversal and constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Initial experience in marketing, project management, or the healthcare environment
  • Interest in patient pathways, hospital organizations and access issues
  • Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
  • English language skills appreciated
