About the role

  • Sales Executive managing the complete sales cycle of ERP products for medium-sized companies. Developing commercial presentations and conducting complex negotiations within Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, structure, and execute the full sales cycle for ERP solutions targeting medium-sized companies.
  • Develop consultative commercial presentations.
  • Lead complex negotiations with corporate clients.
  • Keep the CRM rigorously up to date.
  • Continuously analyze sales approaches and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and results in high-value B2B sales, preferably in software, ERP, or other complex technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Analytical, resilient, and strategic mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
