About the role

  • Implement customer projects in industrial IT and develop security concepts.
  • Perform software and operating system installations and troubleshoot customer systems.
  • Manage Windows servers and handle visualizations using VMware.
  • Maintain and test the IT components of visualization systems.
  • Support customers remotely and on-site with application issues.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an IT-related field, e.g., as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or IT systems electrician.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience and technical experience in on-site service as well as 2nd level support.
  • Ideally experience working on customer projects in the public sector or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training in Siemens network components.
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
