Responsibilities
Implement customer projects in industrial IT and develop security concepts.
Perform software and operating system installations and troubleshoot customer systems.
Manage Windows servers and handle visualizations using VMware.
Maintain and test the IT components of visualization systems.
Support customers remotely and on-site with application issues.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field, e.g., as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or IT systems electrician.
Several years of relevant professional experience and technical experience in on-site service as well as 2nd level support.
Ideally experience working on customer projects in the public sector or industrial environment.
Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server.
Willingness to pursue ongoing training in Siemens network components.
High self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
