About the role

  • Key Account Manager for Real Estate at OLX Group; focusing on empowering users with solutions in Romania's real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect the market and identify new potential customers to whom you could sell our services;
  • Establish contact with potential clients, present the services, negotiate, and close contracts;
  • Constantly develop the customer portfolio in the covered area;
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, and provide them with support, information, and guidance;
  • Develop the database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, cold calling, and networking;
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales and business development in services;
  • A strong passion for the Real Estate industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good negotiation skills, and good presentation delivery;
  • Great knowledge of MS Office and CRM software;
  • An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven fast learner with strong analytical skills;
  • Online sales experience or real estate industry experience is a plus;
  • Proactive, dynamic, and customer-oriented;
  • English is a plus;
  • A team player and a problem solver.
