- Prepare supporting schedules of the Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for OhioHealth entities. Responsible for calculations and modeling of new regulatory changes and variance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare supporting schedules of the Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for all OhioHealth entities
- Learn the Medicare and Medicaid cost rules and regulations
- Ensure appropriate governmental Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for all OhioHealth’s entities
- Proactive calculations and modeling of new regulatory changes and impacts
- Variance analysis of third-party liability accounts
- Provide supporting work papers and documentation for management
- Support and work with the Sr. Reimbursement Analyst, Sr. Reimbursement Consultant, Reimbursement Advisor and Manager of Reimbursement as needed on projects and processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of clinical & financial patient management systems
- Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and cost reporting
