About the role

  • Prepare supporting schedules of the Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for all OhioHealth entities
  • Learn the Medicare and Medicaid cost rules and regulations
  • Ensure appropriate governmental Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for all OhioHealth’s entities
  • Proactive calculations and modeling of new regulatory changes and impacts
  • Variance analysis of third-party liability accounts
  • Provide supporting work papers and documentation for management
  • Support and work with the Sr. Reimbursement Analyst, Sr. Reimbursement Consultant, Reimbursement Advisor and Manager of Reimbursement as needed on projects and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of clinical & financial patient management systems
  • Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and cost reporting
