About the role
- UKG Consultant serving as a functional subject matter expert for workforce management solutions. Leading functional discovery sessions and supporting training and adoption of UKG solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), EZ Call, and related modules.
- Lead functional discovery sessions with operational leaders to understand workforce, scheduling, and labor management needs.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and functional recommendations.
- Advise leaders on UKG best practices, system capabilities, and opportunities for process standardization.
- Analyze workforce processes and labor trends to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor between HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders.
- Develop and deliver training, education, and communication to support UKG adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems
- Strong understanding of workforce operations, scheduling models, and labor compliance
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as UKG Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
