About the role

  • Consultant supporting the conceptualization and integration of data-driven projects in life sciences. Driving innovation and leading teams to guide stakeholders toward project success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
  • Drive innovation and creative solutions within various work streams and provide thought leadership.
  • Lead project teams and play a pivotal role in guiding internal stakeholders toward project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Experience with one or more additional UI-based ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, Prophecy), preferred.
  • Experience with relational database technologies, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., SAS, Python, R, VBA) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
