About the role
- Pharma IT Consultant in a dynamic international team supporting clients with the selection and implementation of IT systems. Engaging in requirement analysis, documentation, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical clients, partners and internal stakeholders
- Independently handle all incoming inquiries related to serialization in both German and English
- Proactively participate in root‑cause analysis and process improvement
- Ensure smooth operational processes across the responsible departments
- Support the execution of software and customer projects and take responsibility for (sub)projects
- Coordinate customers, service providers and software vendors
- Prepare GxP documentation (specifications, test plans, etc.) and actively participate in their execution
Requirements
- Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in a regulated environment
- Excellent written and spoken German and English (C1)
- Proficient with common MS Office applications
- You demonstrate commitment and a strong personal presence, are well organized and highly service‑oriented
- As a team player, you are a strong communicator with assertiveness
- Solid foundational knowledge of IT software (MS Office suite, SQL, SSL, Java, etc.)
- Willingness to travel: < 30%
- EU work authorization and a valid Class B driving licence
- Initial experience in ERP, serialization and CSV (Computer System Validation) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- A quick grasp of new topics, creativity and strong problem‑solving skills complete your profile
