About the role

  • Account Executive at CoPilot AI handling the sales cycle and collaborating with customer success. Responsible for outreach, demos, and client growth in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a mix of incoming opportunities and increasing outbound outreach.
  • Run 5–10 customer calls or demos per day, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Build your pipeline using LinkedIn, email, phone, and other creative approaches.
  • Use CoPilot AI tools to personalize outreach and start meaningful conversations.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with Account Managers and Customer Success to find expansion opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Share insights about the market and product to help improve sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs & quotas.
  • Comfortable managing a short sales cycle (10–14 days) and keeping high momentum across multiple deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build trust with teammates, leadership, and clients.
  • Comfortable owning your business, experimenting with new approaches, and adapting as our sales motion evolves.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up (BGC office).
