About the role

  • Product Manager responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of heat pump installations. Driving customer satisfaction through product management and strategic insights for energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the end-to-end customer experience for heat pump installations (consultation, planning, installation, billing and after-sales service)
  • Analyze, design and continuously optimize all touchpoints to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Systematically identify, structure and prioritize friction points, broken promises and process gaps based on customer research, data and stakeholder feedback
  • Actively collect, structure and prioritize customer feedback from interviews, CSAT, Trustpilot and support cases, and derive concrete improvement actions
  • Ensure that processes, communications, services and systems are aligned and meet customer expectations
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Installation, Customer Service, After Sales and Finance; translate customer needs into clear product requirements and tasks for Operations, Tech and Business
  • Provide a reality check for management and leadership, deriving clear customer priorities and improvement opportunities
  • Track the impact of product and service improvements on customer satisfaction and other metrics

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-centric product management or a comparable role with end-to-end responsibility
  • Strong product thinking with a clear focus on customer experience rather than purely process or project logic
  • Experience in startups, scale-ups or dynamic organizations undergoing growth and change
  • Understanding of complex, technical services that require explanation, ideally in the energy sector, infrastructure, skilled trades or hardware-adjacent products
  • Ability to connect qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to form well-founded priorities and decisions
  • Clear, structured communication at eye level with operational teams and management
  • Strong sense of ownership, consistency and a drive for real impact
  • Motivation to actively contribute during a scaling phase and make the product demonstrably better
