About the role

Responsibilities
- Assists in the definition of the project vision, objectives, scope, and Levels of Capabilities (LOCs)
- Ensures definition, monitoring and documentation of the project
- Pitches the essence (why) on the solution of the project to the project team and stakeholders
- Completes the project according to the terms and conditions set forward in the contract
- Establishes and manages the project team availability based on resource allocation
- Successfully manages the relationship with the customer and stakeholders
- Reports and escalates to management as needed
- Recognizes and manages risks throughout the duration of the project
- Reviews and approves/rejects all project related costs
- Attends Monthly Project Management Meeting (Risk Reporting) and performs Risk Management of the Program.

- Grasp the essence on ILIAS processes and solutions
- Experience as a (senior) consultant with a proven track record in change management
- Understands the interaction with the customer’s Project Manager and project members
- Experience in completing projects within time, scope and budget
- Affinity with logistics, aviation, Defense Industry and/or Military Operations
- Willing to travel for work and be onsite the project.
