- Business Consultant responsible for consulting and implementing Objective solutions across products in Sydney. Engaging with customers for business analysis, training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Business consulting for Objective solutions across products
- Responsible for all business aspects of implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support
- Conduct workshops, business analysis, prototyping, solution configuration, training, and end user support.
- Collaborate with customers to obtain project outcomes
- Configure the Objective product suite and make improvements through prototyping
- Train customers in advanced product use and administration
- Prepare test cases and support user acceptance testing
- Manage professional relationships with customers for maximum value from solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years experience in the roll-out of large complex projects leveraging commercial off the shelf solutions, with specific emphasis on business process mapping.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis or consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience in UML or similar process/data modelling experience.
- End-user training delivery experience would be desirable.
- Significant participation in functional, integration or UAT testing on at least one project.
