Responsibilities

  • Build and elevate the MCU Foundation’s brand as the leading authority on financial empowerment, education, and homeownership.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to position the Foundation as a go-to resource for leaders, organizations, and communities.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with top philanthropic circles and civic leaders.
  • Oversee the delivery of the Foundation’s core programs focused on basic necessities, education, and homeownership.
  • Inspire and lead all aspects of volunteer management.
  • Design and implement innovative fundraising campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or operations.
  • Demonstrated success in building influential relationships and partnerships within New York City’s philanthropic and civic communities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and mobilize diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
  • Infectious passion for helping New Yorkers and advancing social good.
