Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-impact continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and ensuring measurable results.
- Take ownership of projects and deliver validated cost savings and operational improvements.
- Manage and coach continuous improvement resources by providing hands-on guidance and mentoring.
- Collaborate with Regional Senior Vice Presidents to align improvement efforts with regional goals.
- Apply Lean problem-solving methods to address operational challenges, tracking results and sustainability of process changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organization goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of seven years of experience in operations or continuous improvement (CI) is required.
- Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on people leadership experience.
- Experience in transportation or multi-site operations is preferred.
- Lean or CI experience is required.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary.
