About the role

  • Analista de Projetos Sociais Pleno role at Instituto Nelson Wilians developing and monitoring social programs in Brazil. Engaging in strategic volunteer projects and fieldwork with organizations across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Will work on the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of social programs in Education, Law, and Culture of Legality in Brazil;
  • Will work on strategic volunteer projects that promote access to justice, pro bono advocacy, civic actions, quality education, and productive inclusion in peripheral communities;
  • Will connect social initiatives with national and international rankings and awards;
  • Will work in the field, including travel, with social organizations across Brazil.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, Pedagogy/Education, or related fields;
  • Must reside in São Paulo or the metropolitan area;
  • At least 3 years of experience in civil society organizations and social impact projects related to access to justice, education, and the guarantee of rights and/or citizenship;
  • Experience with projects that promote access to justice through civic actions and legal aid drives (mutirões) and with pro bono legal assistance projects;
  • Experience with projects that promote citizenship education in public schools (emphasis on the BNCC) and/or nonprofit organizations;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and impact measurement.
