Responsibilities
Assist in documenting and mapping end-to-end financial services processes
Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and opportunities for standardization or automation
Support Lean and structured problem-solving activities led by senior team members
Collect, track, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs aligned to operational goals
Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables
Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and basic risk or issue logs
Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
Contribute to operational readiness activities for system changes or process updates
Help prepare presentation materials and summaries for leadership reviews
Support identification of processes that may benefit from automation or analytics
Assist AI, IT, or analytics teams with data gathering, documentation, and testing activities
Help track adoption and basic performance metrics for AI-enabled or automated solutions
Support change management and communication activities related to new tools or workflows
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or continuous improvement
Exposure to structured work environments or cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or data analysis concepts
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and create clear summaries
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills
Ability to handle sensitive operational or customer information appropriately
