About the role

  • Continuous Improvement & Project Analyst supporting improvement initiatives across financial services. Collaborating on AI-enabled projects and enhancing operational efficiency in North America markets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in documenting and mapping end-to-end financial services processes
  • Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and opportunities for standardization or automation
  • Support Lean and structured problem-solving activities led by senior team members
  • Collect, track, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs aligned to operational goals
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and basic risk or issue logs
  • Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to operational readiness activities for system changes or process updates
  • Help prepare presentation materials and summaries for leadership reviews
  • Support identification of processes that may benefit from automation or analytics
  • Assist AI, IT, or analytics teams with data gathering, documentation, and testing activities
  • Help track adoption and basic performance metrics for AI-enabled or automated solutions
  • Support change management and communication activities related to new tools or workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or continuous improvement
  • Exposure to structured work environments or cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or data analysis concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and create clear summaries
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive operational or customer information appropriately
