- Lead/support proposal activities, including: Development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) package

- Managing scope and artifact changes through a disciplined process
- Development and maintenance of proposal schedule
- Lead/support Fact Finding activities
- Support Negotiation activities
- Support strategic long-term planning
- Serve as liaison between Program Managers, Pricing Analysts, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Supply Chain, and external partners
- Resolve issues in accordance with business objectives, strategies, legal requirements, regulations, contract terms, and company policies
- Maintain excellent communication skills while flowing information both up to leadership and out to the program and proposal teams
- Multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a schedule-driven environment
- Participate in process improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree with 6 or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with cross-functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Management, Field Operations, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
