Responsibilities
- Lead and Deliver Complex Projects
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, involving teams of 5–10 members

- Facilitate project planning sessions
- Define and execute effective stakeholder communication plans
- Develop project budget forecasts, manage and control approved budgets
- Serve as a mentor and coach to new project managers, team members, and stakeholders
- Maintain sufficient functional or technical expertise to effectively lead projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 8-12 years of project leadership experience
- PMP Certification (active)
- 3-4 years of concurrent Sr. Project Leadership or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
- Agile Certification (ex. SAFe, Scrum, etc.) or equivalent (additional qualification)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent (ASQ or IASSC) (additional qualification)
- Proficient in English and strong communication (written, verbal) skills
- Strong financial acumen, including direct ownership of budget (+$5M)
- Experience in Cloud Migrations, Digital Transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Rationalization type project or programs
