Responsibilities
Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including direct outreach, job boards, networking events and referrals.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions and provide strategic insights on candidate selection.
Review resumes, conduct initial video calls and guide candidates through the interview process.
Schedule and manage interviews and provide structured feedback.
Extend and negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts that align with company policies.
Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Contribute to HR projects, such as employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Requirements
2 years of experience in talent acquisition in a high-tech or engineering-focused environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is considered a plus)
Willingness to travel to Ulm once a month
Strong ability to manage multiple roles while meeting tight deadlines
Self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Personio) and other sourcing tools
Educational background in an engineering field is considered a strong advantage.
