Responsibilities
Primary contact for managing the lifecycle of key documents such as CDAs, MSAs and pricing grids
Identification of optimization opportunities in business development and proposal management
Close cooperation with Marketing, Controlling and Legal departments
Implementation and standardization of sales-relevant processes
Analysis of KPIs to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop sustainable solutions
Management of business intelligence tools used by the sales organization
Project management for the introduction/rollout of client solutions
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or equivalent
Several years of experience in business development, process management or continuous improvement — ideally in the life sciences or CRO environment
Deep understanding of sales processes and their interfaces with Marketing, Controlling and Legal
Experience working with business intelligence tools, data analysis and reporting systems
Strong project management skills
Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Excellent communication skills in German and English
