About the role

  • Senior Billing Specialist supporting Billing and Collections team at Nuvei. Handling monthly fees calculation, invoicing, and merchant correspondence in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly fees (Collect and analyze data for monthly assessment)
  • Monthly invoicing (Calculate and send invoices)
  • Merchant daily correspondence (Handle internal and clients' emails in a timely manner)
  • System updating and checking for fees
  • Database maintenance (Ensure that different data types are updated accurately and timely in our database)

Requirements

  • University diploma (Finance/Economics degree)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
