About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and organization of IGESA’s establishments in the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes region.
- Ensure the implementation of IGESA’s strategy.
- Oversee operations and manage assigned projects.
- Represent IGESA to local civil and military authorities.
- Lead, coach and supervise the teams reporting to them.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, business administration or a related field, with solid operational management experience.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with strong management expertise.
- The ideal candidate is primarily an experienced manager capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience in social dialogue (labor/employee relations).
