Responsibilities

  • Manage the restaurant’s daily operations
  • Monitor stock levels and handle ordering
  • Prepare and monitor the restaurant budget
  • Recruit, train, and unite the team
  • Ensure compliance with current labor laws
  • Manage reservations and ensure the restaurant is properly set up
  • Supervise service in the dining room and coordinate effectively with the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Actively contribute to customer retention
  • Motivate the restaurant team and foster a positive work atmosphere

Requirements
