About the role

  • Account Manager managing Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance business with a focus on client service and growth. Collaborating with partners to drive insurance portfolio growth and maintain client relationships in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of partners
  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management
  • Dealing with clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitating insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio
  • Managing client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
  • Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process
  • Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
  • Driving growth through new business opportunities

Requirements

  • A strong insurance sales background with a proven track record
  • A strong insurance broking background with a minimum of 5 years broking experience would be an advantage
  • Formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous
  • The ability to constantly look for opportunities with a readiness to get out and meet with your clients will ensure the growth of your portfolio
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition
  • Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads
