Responsibilities
Servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of partners
Providing a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management
Dealing with clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitating insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio
Managing client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process
Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business
Driving growth through new business opportunities
Requirements
A strong insurance sales background with a proven track record
A strong insurance broking background with a minimum of 5 years broking experience would be an advantage
Formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous
The ability to constantly look for opportunities with a readiness to get out and meet with your clients will ensure the growth of your portfolio
Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition
Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads
