About the role

  • Provide accurate project estimates with a complete understanding of internal process and cost parameters
  • Handle internal financial-related functions, including creating and approving invoices, managing per diems, and expenses
  • Enter work orders and maintain accurate tracking of project execution to successful completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, and submission of installation paperwork and pictures within 24 hours of project location completion.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document meetings and action items, ensuring that commitments are met in a timely manner
  • Proactively, and as required, engage clients and partners to ensure smooth operations and the accurate flow of information
  • Works cross-functionally to ensure client deliverables and reporting are met.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a relevant operations role, with increasing responsibility for successful execution of internal processes
  • Demonstrated communication skills that support internal execution, as well as customer service excellence
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, adhering to project timelines and delivery commitments
  • Proven management of highly detailed processes, with a focus on ownership and accountability
  • Functional Excel skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
