Responsibilities
- Participate in a dynamic rotational experience designed to build your leadership potential and insurance expertise
- Rotate through key areas of insurance operations, working closely with senior leaders and learning how to drive impact across the organization
- Build your knowledge of insurance operations as you are embedded within and improve processes and deliver on projects aligned with regional objectives
- Have support for your early career needs and be empowered to ask bold questions and contribute innovative ideas
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our business units, underwriting and operating model through on-the-job learning, workplace mentoring and directed self-study
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Graduation date between May 2025 and May 2026
- Genuine interest in developing a career in the insurance industry
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly through written and verbal communication
- Solution-oriented mindset and data analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
