Responsibilities
Lead, monitor and coordinate operational training activities for the Expand Capacity project
Propose and implement the operational training framework for the project and establish its operating rules (methods, management tools, indicators/KPIs, etc.)
Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders across the production packages and Operational Preparation
Contribute to the development of the project risk mapping
Design and manage the operational training strategy in collaboration with package project managers (production packages, AP and FP) on the project
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) — engineering degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
At least 3 years' experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs
5 years' experience in an industrial environment in a similar position
Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, workshops, e-learning, etc.)
