About the role

  • Project Coordinator at European Society of Radiology managing society administration and events organization. Support team with various tasks including member coordination and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Society administration (including support for the Board and committees)
  • Office administration (scheduling and organizing meetings, data management and record keeping)
  • Support for members and participants (e.g., administration, correspondence, registration)
  • Organization and on-site management of the annual congress, meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Design and preparation of printed materials
  • Marketing, PR and communications (e.g., website management, social media, mailings)
  • Collaboration with industry partners
  • Preparation of financial overviews (including budgets, accounting preparations, etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (minimum C1)
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in society administration or event management is a plus
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel (within Europe)
