Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for EMS Data Validation Oversight and Quality Assurance for electronic and aggregate reporting submitted by EMS agencies, including conducting training with DOH staff and agencies.
- It serves as a consultant to the Bureau on data collection processes, ensuring coordination and efficiency across administrative, programmatic, and operational aspects.
- The role supports audit protocols and user access management for data platforms and works closely with EMS Operations to improve data quality and service delivery.
- Oversees data validation and quality assurance for EMS electronic and aggregate submissions.
- Evaluates rules and designs strategies to improve data quality.
- Conducts site visits with EMS providers to establish rapport and serve as a resource.
