Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects across Brand & Communications
  • Work with freelancers and contractors for project needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Product, User Acquisition, and Customer Support
  • Track deadlines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication flows
  • Identify risks early and propose solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, agency or client side
  • Enjoy bringing structure to chaos
  • Work independently and take ownership
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English daily
  • Comfortable managing diverse projects at once
  • Learn fast and adapt to new challenges
  • Creative agency, production studio, video production experience is an advantage
  • US market experience is an advantage
  • Some cute pet to show during meetings is a plus
