About the role
- Undertake three exciting and challenging international rotations of eight months each
- Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and develop a strong commercial understanding to impact the business.
- Build the competencies required to become a future finance leader or specialist at Novo Nordisk.
- Work closely with senior leaders in our finance functions and build an international network of world-class colleagues.
- Be mentored by experienced professionals equipping you with the skills and experience needed to become a valued and integral part of our company.
Requirements
- A master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, demonstrating above-average academic achievements in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or management accounting.
- International experience from studying abroad, or through work or volunteering opportunities.
- Relevant work experience of no more than one year of full-time work after completing a master’s degree.
- Professional fluency in English and willingness to relocate globally.
- Must be a Singaporean national or permanent resident to apply for this position
