About the role

  • Support with general accounting tasks, including preparing invoices and executing payment runs
  • General administrative, office management and secretarial tasks
  • Support with time tracking and calculating leave balances
  • Where applicable, maintenance of digital personnel files and other HR-related matters
  • Assistance with payroll processing
  • Act as liaison with our tax advisor
  • Oversee our office and related tasks (e.g., mail handling, welcoming guests)

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training and ideally experience in (financial) accounting
  • Confident user of MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience in finance and HR administration
  • Structured and proactive, able to work independently
  • German at native-speaker level
