Responsibilities
Support with general accounting tasks, including preparing invoices and executing payment runs
General administrative, office management and secretarial tasks
Support with time tracking and calculating leave balances
Where applicable, maintenance of digital personnel files and other HR-related matters
Assistance with payroll processing
Act as liaison with our tax advisor
Oversee our office and related tasks (e.g., mail handling, welcoming guests)
Requirements
Commercial vocational training and ideally experience in (financial) accounting
Confident user of MS Office or Google Workspace
Experience in finance and HR administration
Structured and proactive, able to work independently
German at native-speaker level
