About the role

Responsibilities
- Support with general accounting tasks, including preparing invoices and executing payment runs
- General administrative, office management and secretarial tasks
- Support with time tracking and calculating leave balances
- Where applicable, maintenance of digital personnel files and other HR-related matters
- Assistance with payroll processing
- Act as liaison with our tax advisor
- Oversee our office and related tasks (e.g., mail handling, welcoming guests)
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training and ideally experience in (financial) accounting
- Confident user of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Experience in finance and HR administration
- Structured and proactive, able to work independently
- German at native-speaker level
