About the role

  • Lead the development and implementation of HCP marketing strategies, tactics and resources
  • Create impactful and tailored resources for the field team
  • Adapt marketing activities to the brand lifecycle and changing market dynamics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across brands
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Support resource allocation, budget planning, and ROI analysis
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure objectives are met cost-effectively

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business, Public Health, or related discipline)
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector in marketing departments
  • Familiarity with HCP marketing trends and data analytics
  • Experience working within Canadian regulatory frameworks (e.g., Health Canada, PAAB, IMC)
